Open Philanthropy recommended an investment of $1,500,000 in Sherlock Biosciences. Sherlock will use the funds to cover its operating costs, as well as to expand data collection in an ongoing clinical trial evaluating Sherlock’s disposable over-the-counter STI tests against PCR tests (currently the gold standard).
