Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of €500,000 (approximately $518,430 at the time of conversion) over two years to the fair-fish international association (fair-fish) for general support. The grant is intended to allow fair-fish to continue its work on farmed fish welfare through research and collaboration with industry partners.

This follows our May 2022 support and falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare, specifically within our interest in fish welfare.
