Rafael Latham-Proença

Research Fellow, Global Health & Wellbeing Cause Prioritization

Rafael joined Open Philanthropy in September 2022, where he helps the Global Health and Wellbeing Cause Prioritization team find new cause areas to fund. He previously worked at Harvard’s Center for International Development and at the World Bank. He holds a PhD in Public Policy and an MPA-ID from Harvard University, and a MSc in Economics and a BSc in Molecular Sciences from the University of São Paulo.
