Nisha leads Program Operations for the BPP team at Open Philanthropy. Before starting at Open Philanthropy, she co-founded a furniture and design consulting company. Prior to that, she built and led cross-functional design, strategy, and management teams serving a range of impact-driven clients in the technology, education, and non-profit sectors. Nisha has a BA in Political Science and a Masters in Architecture from the University of Michigan and currently serves in her town government in Marblehead, MA.
