Neha Singh joined Open Philanthropy in April 2024. Prior to joining Open Philanthropy, she worked as a Software Engineer for the Emerging Technology Observatory initiative at Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology. She previously worked as a software engineer for a legal tech startup and as a patent agent. She received a J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School, and a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
