Michael joined Open Philanthropy in June 2024. Previously, he was a Researcher at Giving What We Can, a core- and lead-organiser of EAGxAustralia 2019 and 2022 respectively and a professional poker player. He graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Philosophy) from the University of Sydney, where he was President of his university’s EA society.
