Julian joined Open Philanthropy in August 2023. Before joining Open Philanthropy, he worked as a summer research fellow at the Centre for the Governance of AI, and then as a research assistant for their policy team. Prior to this, he worked as a content and research associate at Giving What We Can. Julian holds an MSc in Social Science of the Internet from the University of Oxford and a BA in Economics from McGill University.
