Dylan joined the recruiting team in January 2022. Prior to joining Open Philanthropy, he worked as an operations contractor for The Centre for Long-Term Resilience, and did undergraduate research in bioethics, neuroscience, and computer science education. He has a B.A. in philosophy from San Diego State University.
