Annie became a member of the People Operations team at Open Philanthropy in February 2025. Prior to joining Open Philanthropy, Annie worked as a Project Manager at Airbnb within Global Operations, where she organized events for senior leadership, facilitated team-building activities, managed onboarding and offboarding processes, and tracked performance management. Before that, she was an Onboarding Specialist at Iterable, a MarTech company. Annie holds a BSc in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans and an MSc in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
